Ok, I bought this whisk because I'm a sucker for the colors (it's a girly thing), and I know this whisk has gotten great reviews and awards, but it's not good for everything you need a whisk for. It's great for eggs, but it's flimsy, has too much "give", when you have a thicker batter.
